Commercial Programs Committee
This committee assists in the planning of the annual Commercial Real Estate Roundtable Forum and the monthly business development luncheon programs – Lunch & Learns as well as the Rainmaker Event in the fall. The committee identifies other programs of interest to members relating to commercial real estate issues, provides input regarding topics and speaker selection and develops a sponsorship program.

CRE Deal of the Year Committee
This group will help solicit nominations and the selection of the hg皇冠2020手机app Deals of the Year and serve as advisors on the programming for the annual awards event including selection of the judging panel, assistance with recruiting participants and more.

Public Affairs Committee
This committee tracks local issues impacting the commercial real estate industry and provides input to the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association regarding legislative and regulatory concerns that affect the industry from a state level, as well as provides recommendations to the hg皇冠2020手机app Board of Directors regarding necessary action items. The committee also reviews national commercial agenda items.

Membership Committee
This committee provides direction relating to membership development and retention efforts, facilitates member recruitment campaigns, and provides input regarding the association’s affinity programs, products and services offered to members. This group also plans outreach efforts and events such as Broker Happy Hour.

NextGen Program Committee
This group oversees the matching of individuals in cross-industry networking circles as well as the implementation of other programs that invite commercial real estate professionals at all levels to share best practices, networking and industry knowledge. This is reserved for past NextGen participants.

Social Events Committee
This committee plans and solicits sponsorships for hg皇冠2020手机app social events such as the annual Golf Outing, March Madness, Summer Sampler and the Holiday Party. The committee explores and develops new ideas to facilitate social interaction and networking among commercial real estate professionals.

Professional Standards Committee
This committee reviews ethics and professional standards complaints. Working with the ethics advisor and executive director, this committee will assemble as needed.

Technology Committee
This committee serves as advisors to the quarterly site work of REDIComps via quarterly committee meetings to review, give input, and provide guidance on the data and market parameters. Preferred that members of this committee subscribe to Catylist.
